Although we try to keep our shoe size constant, there are a number of factors that affect sizing of our shoes, including design and inner sole padding. Therefore we may
switch the size ordered if we feel it may be the perfect fit. For orders within Nairobi, our team may deliver two sizes for you to try

We work hard to keep our sizes consistent, and at times we may advise you to pick a different size. For example, if you wear a size 40, we may
recommend a size 41 where applicable. Our sizes range from 35 to 43, which varies from design and type. Contact our support team on 0720 596 844 if you’re not sure of the
size.

At times some shoes may not be available on the website, in this case, please contact us on whatsapp (+254) 720 596 844 or social media @backyardshoez with a screenshot or product url and we will assist.
We do deliveries within Nairobi with our delivery bikes, which usually takes a few hours once order is confirmed. This also depends on delivery address. At times some shoppers might send their own person to our stores for pickup.
For orders outside Nairobi, we use third party couriers, e.g Wells Fargo, Easy Coach, and saccos to deliver. Please note that cut off time for orders outside Nairobi is 4PM.
For deliveries within Nairobi, the charges range from Ksh250 to ksh800 depending on location. For example, delivery to Langata is ksh300, whereas delivery to Juja is ksh700
Deliveries outside Nairobi to other towns via third party buses is ksh300. However, this fee may change if the client opts for Wells Fargo.
We accept payments via Mpesa to our paybill account. Card & Cash payment is also accepted at our physical stores, as well as gift cards purchased from Backyard Shoez.

Yes you can change an order before delivery or exchange the shoes after purchase within our return period of 14 days as long as the shoes are unworn and in the same state as purchased.
We allow exchange of shoes within 14 days. If you receive an order and doesn’t fit, kindly ship it back to us and address it to:Â

Alternative, you can drop the shoes at any Backyard Shoes outlet and our team will assist.
To clean shoes purchased from Backyard Shoez, we recommend you wipe with a damp cloth and dry them under indirect sunlight.

Exposing them to extreme temperatures
Dry cleaning or home laundry machines
